Heavy Equipment Technician
Location: Wilsonville OR
Heavy Equipment Mechanics are the action heroes of our Company. They lead the way supporting our customers by providing expert service so their equipment is back online as quickly as possible. They put our customers first. They are required to remain current on all equipment we sell and service and adhere to all industry safety protocols.
Example of Duties:
- Diagnose and repair customer‐owned equipment
- Promote and schedule service requests
- Promote and fill Parts orders as needed
- Prepare new equipment for final delivery to customers
- Participate in long‐term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals
- Coordinate with different teams, exchange ideas, and participate in cross‐team learning opportunities
- Assess and analyze departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits

- Highly motivated self‐starter who can work independently and as part of a team
